At Keystone-io, we are committed to providing a transparent, secure, and efficient withdrawal process. This policy outlines the requirements and procedures that apply when requesting a withdrawal of funds from your account.
1. Verification Requirements
To be eligible for a withdrawal, clients must complete the required verification procedures, including providing valid ID and proof of address as required by the Company.
2. Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 business days from the date of submission.
Processing times may vary depending on several factors, including:
- Account verification and status
- The amount being withdrawn
- The selected payment method
- Additional compliance or security checks
Once approved, the time required for funds to reach your account may also depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
3. Outstanding Balances
For your withdrawal to be approved and processed, all outstanding balances must be settled. Otherwise, the withdrawal request will be cancelled.
4. Third-Party Withdrawals
Withdrawals are only permitted to accounts with the same name as the trading account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for security reasons.
5. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Requirements
To comply with AML regulations, our Company may request additional documentation or information for larger withdrawal amounts or in certain specific cases.
6. Fees for Large Withdrawals or Account Closure
If you withdraw more than 20% of your profits or close your account, you will be required to pay administration fees, swap fees, or liquidity provider fees to complete the withdrawal or closure process. Please note that these fees must be paid in advance, as account segregation does not allow for deductions.
7. Terms and Conditions
The preamble to these Terms of Use forms an integral part of the agreement and, together with the applicable Keystone-io policies, constitutes a binding agreement between the customer and Keystone-io.
By accessing, visiting, or using the Keystone-io website or services, each user acknowledges and agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable policies.
All activities conducted on, through, or in connection with the Keystone-io website and services are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
8. Policy Updates
Please note that these withdrawal policies are subject to change and may be updated from time to time based on our internal policies. We encourage our customers to review the policies regularly and contact our support team with any questions regarding the withdrawal process.
9. Commitment to Compliance and Security
By adhering to these withdrawal policies, Keystone-io aims to ensure a safe and compliant environment for our customers while enabling smooth and timely withdrawal of funds.
